A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Damascus, OR emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
The difference between a manageable repair and a major loss often comes down to how fast water gets extracted after a failure. Our emergency trucks are equipped to start mitigation immediately, not just assess and schedule for later.
Our Damascus, OR emergency crews are staged and ready to respond outside normal business hours.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
